Job Title: Senior Financial Accountant
Company: Canadian Adventure Charters Inc. (CAC)
Location: Newfoundland & Remote Hybrid
Reports To: CEO/CFO
Canadian Adventure Charters (CAC) is redefining the frontier of ocean exploration, adventure tourism, scientific discovery, and sustainable development.
At the core of CAC is a world-class expedition platform anchored by our dual standby Research Explorer Ice-Class Vessels. These vessels are outfitted with advanced submersibles, ROVs, long-range drones, helicopters, zodiacs, landing craft, and all terrain Sherps—purpose-built to operate in the harshest and most remote environments on Earth. These are not just ships; they are mobile command centers enabling deep-sea research, cinematic storytelling, and humanitarian response on a global scale.
From the Arctic to the Equator, CAC is establishing a next-generation Mega Port and Expedition Hub that will include cutting-edge laboratories, film and broadcast production suites, a public aquarium, and a global headquarters for logistics, operations, and conservation science.
Our team unites elite polar experts, naval engineers, marine biologists, award-winning filmmakers, Indigenous knowledge keepers, climate scientists, and veterans of exploration programs—backed by a global network of venture capital investors, family offices, ocean institutions, and brand partners.
CAC is more than an adventure company. We are a living laboratory, a mobile production house, a data platform, and a gateway to Earth’s last wild places. Through high-impact media, frontier research, and curated VIP expeditions, we are building the tools, platforms, and partnerships to explore deeper, document better, and protect more.
