As the Personal Executive Assistant to the President & CEO of Canadian Adventure Charters Inc. (CAC), you will be at the heart of groundbreaking expeditions, high-value negotiations, and cutting edge innovation. You will operate in an environment that blends deep-sea exploration, Arctic expeditions, Fortune 500 networking, and world-class marine and aviation operations. You will spend a part of your time in the field on 
ships and in remote locations within the Canadian Arctic.

What You’ll Be a Part Of 
You won’t just be an assistant—you will be a trusted right hand, managing high-level priorities, global engagements, and exclusive partnerships across industries such as: 
 Marine & Aviation Operations – Overseeing logistics for deep-sea submersibles,  helicopters, drones, ROVs, and Arctic exploration. 
 Luxury Adventure & Exploration – Engaging with UHNWI clients, government leaders, and media giants like National Geographic, BBC Wildlife, and Paramount Pictures. 
High-Stakes Business & Finance – Supporting multi-million to billion-dollar contracts in venture capital, marine insurance, and global investments. 
 Innovation & Technology – Managing projects at the intersection of AI, GIS, climate research, and marine medical advancements. 
 Expedition & Conservation Leadership – Contributing to world-renowned expeditions such as the Titanic, Shackleton, and Elysium Arctic Expeditions. 
 
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly experienced and well-connected professional with a strong background in high level networking and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will have direct experience working with ultra-high-networth individuals and within exclusive environments such as private salons, elite clubs, Formula 1 events, global business summits, and major league sporting organizations (NHL, NFL, NBA). 
Key Qualifications: 
Extensive global network and strong presence among elite clients, members, and VIP circles 
Proven experience managing logistics for high-profile events, international travel, and security protocols 
In-depth understanding of global business, international relations, and contract negotiations 
Ability to adapt quickly and operate effectively in high-pressure and fast-changing environments 
Strong professional discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail 
Excellent communication and branding skills, with a focus on high-level client relations and corporate representation
