As the Personal Executive Assistant to the President & CEO of Canadian Adventure Charters Inc. (CAC), you will serve at the center of groundbreaking exploration initiatives, advanced technology programs, and billion-dollar business development. This role combines high-level executive strategy with operational fieldwork, including travel aboard CAC’s vessels and assignments in remote Arctic environments.

A true polymath—survivor, explorer, strategist, engineer, and role model—the CEO has spearheaded initiatives ranging from multi-billion-dollar negotiations to the development of advanced marine, aviation, and expeditionary infrastructure. His leadership experience spans:

What You Will Be Part Of
This role is far beyond traditional executive support. You will be the CEO’s trusted right hand, facilitating elite operations, high-level partnerships, and international engagements across several domains:
Marine & Aviation Operations
Support logistics for helicopters, drones, ROVs, submersibles, ice-class research vessels, and Arctic missions.
Luxury Adventure & Exploration
Engage with UHNWI clients, world leaders, explorers, and global media organizations including National Geographic, BBC Wildlife, Paramount, Disney, and Netflix.
High-Stakes Business & Finance
Assist with the structuring of multimillion- to billion-dollar initiatives in venture capital, marine insurance, and international enterprise.
Innovation & Technology
Coordinate advanced programs integrating AI, GIS, marine robotics, climate science, engineering, and strategic charter contracts.
Expedition & Conservation Leadership
Support historic deep-sea and polar expeditions—including Titanic, Shackleton, Elysium Arctic, and forthcoming world-first discoveries.

The ideal candidate has direct experience within UHNWI circles, private clubs, elite business environments, major sporting organizations, and international executive forums.

Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Development
- Support high-level strategies positioning CAC as a global leader in bespoke expeditions, exploration, adventure experiences, deep-sea research, and next-generation marine technology.
Partnership & Network Expansion
- Develop and enhance relationships with UHNWI clients, family offices, Fortune 500 executives, government officials, academic institutions, and private investment groups.
High-Stakes Contract Facilitation
- Assist in securing major contracts valued from $50M to $10B USD, leveraging deep networks across venture capital, finance, aerospace, and marine industries.
Expedition & Operations Oversight
- Contribute to planning, logistics, and execution of world-first expeditions across Arctic, polar, deep-sea, and frontier environments.
Technology & Innovation Integration
- Apply expertise in IT, AI, geomatics, marine robotics, and scientific research to advance CAC’s operational capabilities and client experiences.
Government & Private Sector Procurement
- Support the preparation, submission, and coordination of bids, tenders, and sustainable development proposals.
Required Expertise & Credentials
- Marine & Aviation Operations: Experience in vessel management, submersibles, helicopters,drones, ROVs, Sherps, and remote mobility systems
- International Trade & Policy: Knowledge of Canadian and global regulatory frameworks
- Engineering & Infrastructure: Background in port development, research facilities, luxury marinaoperations, and marine engineering
- Ocean & Environmental Science: Understanding of climate research, ocean engineering, andconservation
- Global Media & Entertainment: Experience collaborating with NatGeo, BBC, Disney, Netflix, ormajor studios
- Education: MBA, Maritime Law, CPA, PhD, or advanced engineering certifications (highlypreferred)
- Health & Fitness: Must not experience sea sickness, air sickness, or submersible-related motion sickness

Compensation & Application Process
Compensation
Highly competitive; based on education, experience, certifications, and contribution to secured contracts.
Annual performance bonuses included.
