Position: Master Mariners – Polar Certified Captains
Location: Newfoundland & Labrador (travel required)

Your Role:

Command CAC’s fleet during groundbreaking expeditions and research missions.
Oversee vessel operations, safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Collaborate on developing world-class exploration hubs and charter routes.

Lead Arctic and Antarctic missions, including treasure recovery and marine research.

Manage crew, logistics, and high-value cargo operations in extreme environments.

Qualifications:

Transport Canada Master Mariner Certificate (500 GT, 1200 GT endorsement) with Polar Operations Certification.
15+ years managing research explorer ice-classed expedition vessels, deep sea submersibles, and polar operations.

Proven leadership in safety, operations, and client relations in remote settings.

Experience working with high-net-worth clients and luxury charters.

Multilingual (English + French, Mandarin, Spanish, Arabic or other languages) preferred.
