Position Summary 

Canadian Adventure Charters (CAC) Inc. is seeking a dynamic and visionary Global Marketing & Charter Sales Manager to lead and scale our world-class adventure, research, and luxury expedition brand. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this role is a cornerstone of CAC’s global growth strategy. The successful candidate will spearhead 
international marketing, elite sales strategies, brand development, and partnership initiatives across CAC’s diverse operations—including private luxury charters, deep-sea scientific  expeditions, submersible adventures, and our premier DeepSea Discovery Club Membership. 
The ideal candidate brings senior-level marketing leadership from the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) private yachting, submersible diving, or luxury expedition industries, along with proven experience in managing portfolios valued between $20M and $100M+. This role will  also drive the successful promotion of CAC’s Mega Port Development in Bonavista Bay, Newfoundland—our keystone ocean gateway to the Northwest Passage and beyond. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Strategic Leadership & Brand Growth 
Define and execute a global marketing and sales strategy aligned with CAC’s mission and elite service offerings. 
Cultivate investor and Fortune 500 relationships in the marine, blue economy, and luxury experience sectors. 
Represent CAC at top global events, elite private salons, F1, NHL/NFL/NBA galas, and high-profile summits to secure international partnerships and charter contracts. 
2. Marketing & Digital Ecosystem Oversight 
Lead brand positioning, campaign management, digital strategy, public relations, and high-end client communications. 
Oversee CAC’s digital footprint, including website, online booking system, and e-commerce integrations. 
3. Sales Development & Club Membership Growth 
Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales strategies for CAC’s luxury expeditions, charters, and DeepSea Discovery Membership platform. 
Expand CAC’s EUHNW client base across strategic geographies: Newfoundland & Labrador, the Northwest Passage, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Ireland, the UK, EU, UAE, Canary Islands, Bahamas, Mediterranean, Caribbean, Galápagos, and Antarctica. 
4. Relationship & Partnership Management 
Build bespoke health & wellness charter experiences for CAC’s elite clients, corporate partners, and athletes. 
5. Executive Collaboration & Business Innovation 
Collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO, Directors of Sales and Marketing, and Board to align all strategic initiatives. 
Provide market intelligence, ROI analysis, and board-ready reports to guide growth decisions. 
 Required Qualifications 
Education 
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, Marine Research, Finance, or related field. 
Experience 
Minimum 10 years of senior leadership in digital marketing, luxury marine charters, UHNW client services, and/or the exploration or blue economy sectors. 
Direct experience in global charter sales, submersible dive expeditions, marine film/media, climate research, or extreme exploration ventures. 
Deep understanding of operations, asset management, marketing, and sales within public/private sectors. 
Skills & Attributes 
Exceptional leadership, sales acumen, and high-level communication skills. 
Strong relationship-building abilities with UHNW clients and corporate stakeholders. 
High proficiency in English, plus fluency in at least three of the following: French, German, Spanish, Polish, Mandarin, Norwegian, Arabic, or Russian. 
Entrepreneurial mindset, high emotional intelligence, and discretion. 
 Working Conditions 
Office-based and remote work across international time zones. 
Regular travel aboard CAC’s research explorer vessels, submersibles, aircraft, and support craft. 
Exposure to dynamic climates and remote maritime environments. 
Flexibility in hours, high-pressure deadlines, and strategic-level decision-making.
