ROLE CONTEXT 
Canadian Adventure Charters Inc. (CAC) operates at the convergence of frontier exploration, Arctic infrastructure, sovereign adjacent development, and ultrahighnetworth experiential access. CAC deploys a rare platform integrating iceclass research explorer vessels, deepsea submersibles, aviation assets, advanced marine science, and elite expedition leadership to serve UHNW principals, family offices, institutions, and government stakeholders. 
 
This role is not HRgrade and not salesoriented. It is a mandatelevel appointment designed for capital positioning, legacy alignment, and longhorizon relationship origination at the highest levels of global wealth. 
 
 
ROLE MANDATE (EXECUTIVE SUMMARY) 
The Global Wealth Strategist is an authoritydriven, seniorfacing role responsible for originating, structuring, and converting ultrahighnetworth relationships into long horizon capital alignment across the Canadian Adventure Charters ecosystem. 
 
This role sits at the intersection of: 
  • Legacy wealth and multigenerational capital
  • Frontier access and scarcity economics
  • Sovereignscale infrastructure and Arctic development
  • Elite experiential, scientific, and exploration platforms 
 
The Global Wealth Strategist does not sell products.
They position capital, identity, access, and legacy. 
The Strategist represents CAC in private rooms, family offices, elite broker desks, and institutional introductions, guiding principals into strategic participation through: 
  • UltraBespoke Expedition Charters ($150K – $3M+)
  • DeepSea Discovery VIP Executive Membership ($1M USD)

Canada is entering a decisive national moment defined by Arctic sovereignty, climate transition mandates, 
infrastructure renewal, and accelerating global competition for strategic capital. 
Canadian Adventure Charters (CAC), Continental Climate Construction (CCC), and RedHawk operate as a 
unified, multisector development consortium positioned to establish Newfoundland and Labrador as the 
Western Hemisphere’s premier Arctic gateway and operational command center for Canada’s emerging Polar 
Corridor Nucleus. 
At the core of this vision is the CAC–CCC Bonavista Bay Mega Port & Resort Development—a 
continental class coastal infrastructure initiative spanning approximately 2,000–2,400 hectares, integrating: 
  • Arctic maritime logistics and iceclass port infrastructure
  • Advanced research, AIenabled ocean science, and expedition operations
  • Luxury resort, experiential, and executive access platforms
  • National and sovereignadjacent development alignment 
The Global Wealth Strategist plays a critical role in positioning this initiative to UHNW principals, family 
offices, and strategic capital partners as a longhorizon national and generational asset, not a transactional 
opportunity. 
 
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 
1. UHNW & LEGACY CAPITAL ENGAGEMENT 
  • Originate and steward direct relationships with: 
    • UHNW individuals and principals
    • Legacy families and multigenerational family offices
    • Gen Z founders, Millennial wealth builders, and Gen X executives
    • Strategic intermediaries, sovereignadjacent advisors, and elite brokers
  • Conduct hightrust, highauthority conversations centered on:
    • Identity alignment
    • Access positioning
    • Longhorizon capital strategy
    • Legacy, succession, and reputational stewardship 
2. STRATEGIC POSITIONING & CAPITAL CONVERSION
  • Deploy CAC’s Master Integrated Opener & Closer Framework in:
    • Live calls
    • Private meetings
    • Boardroom and executive settings
  • Convert qualified principals into:
    • VIP Executive Memberships
    • Strategic investment tiers
    • UltraBespoke expedition charter engagements
  • Guide controlled commitment decisions without pressure, hype, or mass market tactics 
3. CAPITAL ARCHITECTURE & INVESTMENT PATHWAYS 
  • Present CAC’s $2B Strategic Investment Architecture, including:
    • Tier I–III equity and strategic partner pathways
    • Tier IV hybrid VIP Membership positioning
    • Tier V experiential charter entry points
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and executive leadership to ensure:
    • Jurisdictional appropriateness
    • Institutional grade credibility
    • Clear separation between experience, access, and investment instruments 
4. LEGACY, SUCCESSION & MULTIGENERATIONAL STRATEGY 
  • Advise UHNW principals and families on: 
    • Multigenerational access to CAC platforms
    • Succession inclusion through VIP Membership structures
    • Legacy alignment via exploration, science, and Arctic development
  • Position CAC as a decades long legacy asset, not a short term engagement 
5. INTERNAL STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT 
  • Work directly with:
    • Executive leadership
    • Capital markets advisors
    • Scientific, expedition, and infrastructure leadership
  • Provide realtime market intelligence on:
    • Investor sentiment
    • Access sensitivity
    • Capital deployment psychology
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality, discretion, and reputational discipline 
 
AUTHORITY & DECISION SCOPE 
  • Authorized to represent CAC in highlevel discussions with:
    • Family offices
    • Institutional allocators
    • Sovereignadjacent entities
  • May secure nonbinding protocol holds on:
    • VIP Membership allocations
    • Strategic investment tiers
  • Operates with significant autonomy under executive mandate 
 
REQUIRED PROFILE (NONNEGOTIABLE) 
EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND 
  • 10–20+ years in one or more of the following: 
    • Private wealth advisory
    • Family office engagement
    • Investment banking / private capital
    • Sovereign advisory or strategic capital roles
  • Demonstrated success engaging principals, not intermediaries
  • Proven comfort operating in confidential, highstakes environments
