Dr. Farshid Daryabor is an interdisciplinary ocean scientist with over a decade of experience leading physical-biogeochemical modeling, ocean forecasting, and AI/ML innovation. He has conducted research with leading international institutions including the University of Malaya and the National Antarctic Research Center (NARC) in Malaysia, the National University of Malaysia, the University of Copenhagen (Denmark), the Euro-Mediterranean Center on Climate
Change (Italy), the Alfred Wegener Institute for Polar and Marine Research (Germany), and Fisheries and Oceans Canada. He is skilled in advanced data processing and translating complex scientific and commercial datasets into actionable insights. His research spans climate tipping point detection, fisheries modeling, ocean circulation, tides, river runoff, and air–sea interaction, integrating in-situ, satellite, and numerical model data into open-access tools. At CAC, Dr. Daryabor brings his leadership and technical expertise to advance ocean exploration, climate modeling, and sustainable marine innovation.
