Carinthia, Austria. Currently commutes between Austria and the world’s oceans as a catering

Manager and hotel management consultant. Manfred trained as  chef and received a Master’sDegree as a Mental Trainer for those in the hospitality business. He lets his academic training and knowledge flow into his work as a chef and hotel manager for shops. He has written about his experiences on expedition ships, icebreakers and private yachts in “Tales of a Cheeky Chef”
