Location: Canada/Global (Remote with International Travel)
Reports To: CEO, and board of directors of Canadian Adventure Charters
Employment Type: Full-Time, Executive-Level
Compensation: High six-figure base + performance bonuses + equity pathway + referral override commission
Role Summary
The Director of the DeepSea Discovery Club – Executive VIP 500 Membership Plan is a mission-critical leadership position overseeing the global development, enrollment strategy, and elite member experience of CAC’s flagship ultra-high net worth (UHNW) private expedition society. This executive will be responsible for cultivating and curating a roster of 500 globally vetted VIP members over a 50-year legacy plan, with an annual intake averaging 50 plus exclusive new members per year.
This leader must operate at the intersection of ultra bespoke luxury networking, scientific philanthropy, private club management, and VC-style financial modeling — building long-term value while interfacing with global billionaire networks, family offices, venture firms, sports clubs, explorer clubs, sovereign wealth advisors, and elite private clubs (e.g., Yellowstone Club, Core Club, Monaco Yacht Club, Tranquility Cay, etc.).
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Elite Membership Acquisition
- Architect and execute CAC’s long-horizon global growth strategy to onboard 500 distinguished members over a 50-year period, averaging 50+ new entrants annually.
- Lead high-impact recruitment initiatives focused on the world’s most influential circles—including technology founders, royal households, private spaceflight participants, top-tier athletes, and globally established legacy families.
- Build and nurture powerful referral networks by cultivating relationships with family offices, private wealth advisors, elite concierge firms, and UHNW ecosystem partners.
Relationship Management & UHNW Ecosystem Integration

- Build CAC’s private club partnership matrix, forming soft alliances and event collaborations with peer institutions (e.g., Yellowstone Club, Necker Island, The Core Club, Soho House, Monaco Yacht Club)
- Establish CAC’s reputation across venture capital summits, climate investment consortiums, luxury asset expos, and philanthropic councils
VC & Financial Partner Relations
∙Collaborate with CAC’s executive leadership to develop investor-ready models and syndicate updates showcasing the DeepSea Discovery Club’s $B+ projected value
∙Act as an ambassador to venture, climate tech, and biotech investors interested in CAC’s IP licensing, ocean innovation, and resort technology platforms
Member Experience, Prestige & Retention
∙Design and deliver ultra-personalized onboarding and legacy planning services for each member (including heir integration, naming rights, expedition customization)
∙Oversee member exclusivity standards, reference validation, and property acquisition commitments
∙Partner with expedition captains and science directors to align member missions with CAC innovation and public coverage
Candidate Profile
Required
∙10+ years experience in ultra-luxury brand development, private wealth management, sovereign/royal network liaison, and elite UHNW private club leadership
∙Proven access to global UHNW networks or family offices
∙Demonstrated success with venture-backed growth, investment syndicate navigation, or asset-based membership program scaling
∙Deep understanding of prestige branding, expedition travel, private asset management, and philanthropic investment alignment
Ideal Traits
∙Past affiliation or leadership within organizations like Yellowstone Club, SpaceX Patron Circle, Blue Origin Club for the Future, The Core Club, Branson’s Virgin Group, or similar
∙Polished international presentation skills and comfort hosting elite clientele across Dubai, Monaco, London, New York, Singapore, and Geneva
∙Ability to translate scientific ocean innovation into aspirational storytelling and investment alignment
